Is this a Milf or a Gilf?

For me the difference has never been clear, I understand what each one of those acronyms mean:

MILF: Mother I Would Like To Fuck.

GILF: Grandma I Would Like To Fuck.

Nevertheless when somebody becomes a Milf when she is a mother or when she has the age? And even more important when somebody becomes a Gilf when she has grandchildren or when she has reached certain age? Because let’s be honest you are not going to go around asking them if they have children’s or Grandchildren’s so let’s see:

According with Wikipedia MILF:

"Is a common colloquial term generally regarded as vulgar when spelled out It denotes a sexually attractive female, usually several years older than the person using the term"

How many years? So according with this definition somebody could be a Milf and a Gilf at the same time isn’t? So let’s review what Wikipedia says about Gilfs:

Nothing, it just brings a disambiguation page.

So I decided to go to make a little more research to another sources and as you can imagine there were two resources that immediately popped up 

Yahoo Answers and Wiki Answers, let’s review what each one of these sources has to say about it:

Here is the Most Voted Yahoo answer:

"Girls I would like to fuck? Edit Grandma? I learned something new today :)"

As you can see not even the most up voted comment had no clear idea that the G was from Grandma, it thought it was for Girlfriend,  so forget about asking/ defying ages.

So when I went to Wiki answers, this is what I found:

"GILF is an acronym of Granny's I would like to Fuck or Girls I would like to fuck; these were made up from MILF (Mother I would like to Fuck) which was taken from the film American Pie".

As you can see it seems to be more confusion than information that is why after watching these video above I am not quite sure to tag it as MILF or GILF, furthermore I will give my personal definition:

MILF is a female in her mid-thirties early forties with great body shape compared with her peers

GILF is a female in her middle forties up with great body shape compared with her peers.

That is why I will call this woman a GILF.
